Shopping & Delivery Policy
I. Payment security and privacy
Ignazio Lozano sells prints on ignaziolozano.com. Stripe and Paypal are the only payment channels used on this website in order to process transactions and shippings securely. Ignaziolozano.com supports most credit and debit cards. No further information of the buyer is collected other than the minimum necessary data such as the receipient’s name and address. You can visit Stripe for their privacy policy here and Paypal’s privacy policy here. IgnazioLozano.com does not store any information from the buyer.
II. Shipping cost and time
1. Delivery to listed countries:
Shipments within Europe & USA are sent with Certified Mail. Confirmed purchase will be shipped within 7-15 working days, except silk prints, will be shipped within 20-30 days. Delivery time is usually within 15-20 working days, if there is no exceptional circumstances occur.
2. Prints upon request & delivery to non-listed countries:
For items that do not have direct-order fuction (without the “Add to cart” button), and for international orders ship to non-listed countries, purchases shall be carried out on the basis of a mutual agreement between the buyer and Ignazio Lozano by E-mail communications.
International delivery to non-listed countries is possible upon request. Availability, postage cost and shipping time may vary depending on the country. Shipments are sent with Certified Mail.
The buyer is adviced to contact before purchase. If the buyer has filled in a shipping address outside of Europe or USA and completed a payment, they should contact Ignazio Lozano by E-mail for a delivery arrangement within 7 working days. By placing an order, the international buyer agrees that any extra postage cost based on the courier’s final quote needs to be paid in order to complete the shipment. After 7 working days, Ignazio Lozano reserves the right to cancel the order. The buyer will be refunded in full via Paypal.
Prints upon request can be ordered. Please E-mail Ignazio Lozano with the image request to confirm availability. After email confirmation add "print upon request" item to cart and proceed to check out. After payment confirmation your order will be scheduled for print and delivery.
III. Return and refund
All the pieces are packed and sent with care. Ignazio Lozano is not responsible for any damage or lost caused during the delivery. Items can´t be returned, just with exception, the buyer can return item(s) that are with flaws or wrong item within 5 working days after delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. After Ignazio Lozano receives the returned item(s) in their original conditions, a refund of the item’s purchase price will be send back to the buyer through the original payment channel within 7 working days.
